Polyblend HMZ
The Polyblend® systems are designed for continuous and automatic preparation of polymer for water treatment.
Polymers are used for the purification of ground and surface water, waste water, drinking water and water treatment. The small suspended particles in the water bind to the larger polymer chains so that they can be easily filtered out of the water.
During the preparation of liquid polymers (polyelectrolytes) specifically designed energy regimes are required to attain the correct physio-chemical state in the polymer solution in order to achieve consistently uniform and repeatable results.
That is why the Polyblend® automated polymer preparation systems provide precise programmable control of dosing rate, dilution levels, retention time and energy.
By using these controls the polymer activation will be optimal and the maximum yield in efficiency from any polymer in coagulation and flocculation processes will be achieved.
Together with the Polyblend® preparation systems we can supply the storage and maturation tanks including mixers and required connections.
